Registration continues to be available:

• Online at BikeReg until 5:00 pm Thursday, July 24, when registration closes for bib number assignments.
• In-person Friday at Biketown 10 am to 6 pm with packet pick-up.
• In-person Day-of beginning at 6:15 a.m. on Saturday at the starting line pavilion at Buffalo Gap.

Friday, July 25, 2025
Early Packet Pick-up, Biketown, 1789 Industrial Blvd., Abilene 79602. Packet pickup, 10:00 a.m. until the store closes at 6:00 p.m.

Saturday, July 26, 2025
Packet Pick-up and Day-of Registration at the Old Settlers Reunion Grounds:
6:15 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. for 100K riders, 50K riders and 11 mile riders
GPS address for the Reunion Grounds: 100 Vine St, Buffalo Gap, TX 79508.
Buffalo Gap is on FM 89 approximately 13 miles south of Abilene.

6:00 – 10:30 a.m. Breakfast vendor available (tentative)

7:30 a.m. 100K Start, group start* – lineup at 7:20
7:45 a.m. 50K (31.6 mile) group start – lineup at 7:35
8:00 a.m. 11 mile group start – lineup at 7:50
After crossing the finish line, put your swag raffle ticket (tear it off your bike number sheet and write your name on the back) in the box as you are lining up or when you finish and you might win a prize!

*Please note: Riders on the 100K course will be expected to pass the checkpoint at the 40 mile distance by 10:45 am at the intersection of Lemons Gap Rd. (CR181) and CR 207. After that time, riders will be redirected to turn left on Lemons Gap Rd and continue on the 100K route. This is to ensure that everyone has the chance to finish before the course closes at 1:00 p.m.

After 11 milers come in – Award Prizes and Swag Raffle
After 50K riders come in – Award Prizes and Swag Raffle
After 100K riders come in – Award Prizes and Swag Raffle

10:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Lunch served – your ticket for your lunch is part of your bike number sheet. Additional meals for non-riders may be ordered and paid for when you place your order at the food vendor’s window.
