We’re pleased to offer a lunch for Saturday riders this year for the first time. We’re partnering with The Shed Market, already a West Texas institution when it opened a while back in Abilene. It is the legacy of its namesake over in Wingate, which opened in 1989 and earned Texas Monthly’s Top 50 BBQ rating twice.
Each registration includes a chopped smoked brisket sandwich, chips, jalapeño cilantro cole slaw and a drink. Additional meals can be purchased for $8.50 as part of your online registration process, also on Saturday the 27th at registration.
